I want to access the Asepeyo Virtual Office but I’ve ended my employment relationship with the company.
To access the Virtual Office, you need to be active in a member company.
If you have ended your employment relationship with the company, you should have a procedure opened with the Friendly Society. To access the Virtual Office, go to any of our care centres or offices, where you will be registered directly.
I’ve completed the form. I’ve validated the email but I haven’t received the PIN.
Check if you gave a mobile phone and if you’ve activated the texting service. If you’ve given an incorrect mobile, you’ll have to complete the application again.
When I enter the PIN, it asks me to enter a password.
If it asks you to enter the password, this means you already have access to the Virtual Office. Give your code for it to be added to the new profile requested.
If you cannot remember the code, go to “Forgotten your password?”
I’ve applied for access, but “training” appears as the profile.
When completing the Virtual Office access form, the data entered should be a 100% match with the ones in our system.
If this is not the case, you will be given basic access to training. To extend it, go to any of our care centres or offices to accredit your identity and change your data.
Once this change has been made, you’ll have full access.
It doesn’t allow me to activate access to the Asepeyo Virtual Office from the email you sent me.
You have 3 days in which to activate your access. After this time, the application will be cancelled and you’ll have to complete the form again.
Over 2 hours have passed since I received the PIN on my mobile and it’s expired.
If you haven’t entered the PIN within 2 hours of your application, ask for a new one. To do this, click on the access link in the mail we sent you.

I’m a member, but I don’t have the document of association number. Can I register?
Yes, you can. If you don’t know the number, don’t worry. You’ll receive the access codes in 7 days.
What type of access request should I state?
If you’re a member company and you want to access your company’s information, select the “Member company” profile.
If you’re a consultancy working with Asepeyo and you want to access the customer companies associated with the Friendly Society, give the “Employment advisor” profile.
If you’re a centre with approved healthcare with Asepeyo, select the “Healthcare provider” profile.
