In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services Act 34/ 2002, of 11 July 2002, the www.asepeyo.es, www.asepeyo.cat and www.asepeyo.com domains, as well as the sub-domains or portals dependent on them (hereafter, the domains) are the property of Asepeyo, Collaborating Friendly Society with the Social Security No. 151 (hereafter, Asepeyo), with registered trading address at Via Augusta, número 36, 08006, Barcelona, Spain, and with Tax Code G-08215824.
Asepeyo is registered in the Register of Work Accident and Occupational Illness Friendly Societies of the Social Security of the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Social Security, and is authorised and supervised by this ministry to act as a Work Accident and Occupational Illness Friendly Society of the Social Security.

Intellectual and industrial property rights
Asepeyo is the owner of all the industrial and intellectual property rights of the material published in the corresponding web pages of the domains. Said rights protect the graphic designs, images, source codes, contents and other elements.
All of this is with the exception of the rights that are not the property of Asepeyo and that belong to their respective owners. Outside the simple activity of downloading and storing on the user’s hard drive the information contained in the web pages of the Asepeyo domains, which is considered to be authorised, it is strictly prohibited to modify, distribute, reuse or forward all or part of the content of the web pages of the Asepeyo domains for purposes of a public or commercial nature without the written authorisation of Asepeyo.

Privacy and personal data protection
The identifying data collected will be processed for contact by Asepeyo through the established channels (email and/or telephone call) with the aim of offering the information requested, managing the requests made and/or the sending of contents that are of interest to you (conferences and events, news about health, prevention and social action, legislative news, corporate information, etc.).

Electronic Communications Privacy Policy

- Electronic communications made as part of the relationship between both parties are made on the legal basis of the contractual relationship (article 6.1.b of the GDPR). The purpose of these communications is to provide information about procedures and steps based solely and exclusively on the Mutual’s administrative activity. This processing will take place for as long as the relationship between both parties exists.
- Electronic communications made within the scope of subscription to the newsletter service are made on the legal basis of freely given consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR). The purpose of these communications is to send you content that of interest to you (conferences and events, news about health, prevention and social action, legislative developments, corporate information, etc.). This processing will be carried on for as long as the subscription to the service is valid.

Limitation of liability
