Collecting the economic benefit for the self-employed for a cease of activity is incompatible with:
- Working on one’s own behalf, even if such work does not involve mandatory registration in the Special Self-Employed Workers System or the Special Marine Workers System, or working on behalf of a third party as an employee.
- Receiving pensions or economic benefits from the Social Security system unless they are compatible with the work that led to the unemployment benefit as well as with the measures promoting a cease as regulated by sector regulations for different groups or which may be regulated nationally in the future.
- Receiving aid for the paralysation of vessels in the case of self-employed workers included in the Special Marine Workers System.
